Refund policy

At Laced District, we strive to ensure every customer is satisfied with their purchase. Please read this Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if:

The item received is incorrect.
The item arrives damaged or defective.
The item is unworn, unused, and in its original packaging.

How to Book a Return

To request a return, please email Laced District at laceddistrictza@gmail.com.

Your email must include:

Your order number.
Clear photos of the item showing the issue.
A brief description of the reason for your return.

Our team will review your request and respond with the next steps. Return requests that do not include the required information may take longer to process.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for:

Incorrect sizes (subject to stock availability).
Incorrect items received.
Defective products.

If the requested size is unavailable, you may choose another product of equal value or receive store credit.

Non-Refundable Items

Refunds or returns will not be accepted for:

Items that have been worn or damaged after delivery.
Products returned without their original packaging.
Items returned outside the return period.
Products purchased during clearance or promotional sales, unless they are faulty.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process outlined above.

Shipping Costs

If the return is due to an error on our part (such as receiving the wrong or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.

If the return is due to a change of mind, ordering the wrong size, or providing an incorrect shipping address, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
